Michael's Closet

Michael's Closet is dedicated to Michael W. Smith, the father of the Founder and CEO of ETROY Inc. Shaterra Smith. His love for music, art, fashion, jazz, and photography inspired his family and everyone around him. His impeccable taste and creative spirit often came out in sketches, clothing design, photography, and inspired ideas. One being ETROY. Michael created the name ETROY, Educate Teach Reassure our Youth in 1992.  As a man passionate about the next generation and the importance of education, ETROY became a common phrase in the family.  ETROY is dedicated to a man who was truly a creative and loving soul. 

His immaculate fashion sense was shared as he worked retail for over 30 years. His commitment to providing a memorable style experience earned him the "Pace Setter" (Customer Service All-Star) more than once. If you were lucky enough to meet "Smitty" on the retail floor, his charm and guidance left a lasting impression. Keeping up with the latest fashion trends and buying from high-end to thrifting, you would always catch Michael in something uniquely him. He knew what it meant to walk in the world with confidence and care. 

Michael's Closet aims to give the "Smitty Experience."  Building pride and confidence of those in need with love, care, and commitment, Michael's Closet is honoring his love for giving back to the community.
