Meet the Founder & CEO

      Shaterra is the Founder and CEO of ETROY INC. and serves on its Board of Directors.  Shaterra has 19 years of experience working with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, significant behavioral problems, mental health issues affecting their functioning, substance use, learning difficulties, and/or social integration problems. Shaterra also has experience with developing youth leaders across many different communities. Shaterra considers her ability to connect with youth to be an enormous blessing , leading to her being extremely successful in helping youth to reach their goals and identify and live in their purpose. 

     Shaterra's passion to serve her community began when she was a little girl. She was extremely active in her community and schools. She was a young athlete, served on several clubs and maintained good grades. Youth Leadership Development has always been something Shaterra knew she wanted to do. Shaterra's goal continues to be to provide love, support and hope to any one impacted by difficulties in life that have led to unfortunate outcomes including but not limited to homelessness as well as provide opportunities for success and empower today’s youth to be both the best versions of themselves and leaders in their communities.

Shaterra loves the outdoors , the color yellow and her favorite movie is Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
