Meet the Founder & CEO

      Shaterra is the Founder and CEO of ETROY Inc., and serves on its Board of Directors. With over 20 years of experience working with youth and young adults facing homelessness, behavioral challenges, mental health issues, substance use, learning difficulties, and social integration obstacles, Shaterra has dedicated her career to supporting and empowering young people. She also has extensive experience developing youth leaders across diverse communities and considers her ability to connect with youth and help them to live with purpose is one of her greatest blessings.

   Shaterra’s passion for serving her community began in childhood. As a young girl, she was highly active in her schools and neighborhoods; excelling academically, participating in clubs, and pursuing athletics. From an early age, she knew she was called to work with youth, driven by a deep desire to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation. Her passion for helping young people reach their full potential has been the guiding force behind her life’s work and the foundation of ETROY, Inc.

   Her mission continues to be providing love, support, and hope to anyone impacted by life’s challenges, while creating meaningful opportunities for growth and success. Shaterra is dedicated to empowering today’s youth to discover their strengths, achieve their goals, and become confident, compassionate leaders in their communities. She believes that every young person has untapped potential and that with guidance, encouragement, and access to the right resources, they can overcome obstacles, pursue their dreams, and create lasting positive change, not only in their own lives but in the lives of others around them.
